Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until well mixed.
Fold in the chopped apples and pecans.
Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, then invert onto a serving plate.
Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
